Cancellation Policy

At Fresh Collective, we value your time, energy, and commitment—just as much as we value our own. To help keep EMBODY running smoothly and respectfully for all, please review our booking and cancellation terms below. 💫 Booking Your Sessions All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Bookings close 1 hour before the session starts. Your term plan (Awaken, Activate, or Empower) includes a set number of sessions based on your chosen tier. Sessions do not roll over to the next term. Spaces are limited. Booking early helps ensure your spot and supports our collective energy. 🔁 Cancelling or Rescheduling We understand that life happens—if you need to cancel: Please cancel your session via the booking system at least 3 hours prior to the class start time. Cancellations made within 1 hour or no-shows will not be refunded or credited. Reschedules are only available within the same week. This helps keep energy clean and commitment strong. ✨ Refunds & Transfers EMBODY term packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once the term has started. If you experience extended illness, injury, or unexpected circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss options—we honour real life while also maintaining boundaries. 🙌 Respecting the Space We hold EMBODY as a sacred container.
