What is EMBODY?

​A 10-week in-person movement experience for women ready to reconnect with their body, breath, and internal power - based in South Croydon, Victoria.

 

Created and led by Lindsey Hilliard, who has been guiding women through movement and personal transformation for over 12 years, EMBODY is rooted in wisdom, care, and deep reconnection.

This is a sacred space just for women. Whether you're juggling motherhood, career, or the complexities of midlife — you belong here.

 

We don’t chase weight loss or fitness milestones.

We move to feel good.

To feel grounded.

To support our nervous systems.

 

Every session is designed to promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing — balancing strength and softness, energy and recovery.

 

Especially supportive for women in or approaching peri-menopause, EMBODY sessions are intentionally designed to meet your body where it’s at — honouring hormonal changes and helping you feel strong without over-stressing your system.

When and Where?

Each term runs for 10 weeks with three session times available:

Come once, twice, or three times a week — the more you show up, the deeper your transformation.

What to expect...

Each 60-minute session includes:

  • Functional strength training (adaptable to all levels)

  • Achievable HIIT or cardio bursts to build stamina and energise the body — always tailored to your needs, limitations, or injuries

  • Somatic movement + nervous system awareness

  • Breath connection practices

  • Supportive women’s circle-style sharing and empowerment

 

You’ll leave each class feeling strong, soft, and deeply seen.

Meet your coach

Hi, I'm Lindsey

I’ve coached women with their health and fitness for over 12 years, but what lights me up most is creating spaces where women feel powerful, seen, and safe in their bodies. 

 

I previously ran Fit la Femme bootcamp, a women’s fitness group I launched in 2011. What began as a typical outdoor bootcamp soon evolved — to post-partum training and then to something far deeper.

 

It became a powerful community of women who came for the workouts… but stayed for the connection, the support, and the freedom to just be themselves.

 

By the time I paused the group two years ago, it had grown into something completely different from where it began. So as I felt the call to return, I knew it needed a rebrand that truly captured its soul.

 

That’s how EMBODY was born — a fresh, feminine evolution of movement, strength, and sisterhood. A space where your body leads, your nervous system is honoured, and your whole self is welcome.

 

Whether you're returning to movement, managing injury or stress, or simply craving a more soulful approach to fitness — I have created EMBODY for you.

FAQs

Do I need to be fit to join EMBODY?
Not at all. All fitness levels are welcome. This is about moving with intention, not perfection.

 

What do I need to bring?
Just a water bottle, comfortable clothes to work out in and your incredible self. Yoga mat is optional as I have plenty, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Can I join mid-term?
Spots are limited and priority is given to full-term bookings. If space allows, mid-term enrolments may be offered — reach out to ask.

Is this just for women?
Yes. EMBODY is intentionally created as a sacred, safe space just for women.

​

I’m in peri-menopause — is EMBODY right for me?
Absolutely. EMBODY honours the shifting energy and needs of midlife women with gentle, empowering movement and supportive practices.

​

If I miss a session, can I make it up at another time?

You can attend any of the other sessions during the 10 weeks as a makeup (where space allows).
