I burned out many times. And each time, I went back to doing the same thing — because I hadn't yet understood why I kept ending up there.

My background is in leadership, investigations, and building systems that work — in the corporate world, at scale. I know how to make things function. What I had to learn — the hard way, more than once — is that the problem is almost never capability.
The problem is how we're taught to operate.
Human Design was the first tool that gave me a language for why the conventional frameworks kept failing me. Not because I wasn't trying hard enough — but because they were built for someone designed differently.
The Natural Leader — the book, the method, the philosophy — is everything I learned from living this. I built it so that women don't have to lose years, or health, or themselves, to find their way through.
